Our hygienist, Jennifer, refuses to go without her cup of coffee even while whitening. She reccomends using a straw once your coffee is cool enough so that the drink can pass by your teeth!

If you start to develop sensativity while whitening, reduce the amount you are whitening your teeth and brush with a toothpaste designed for sensative teeth

In-Office Whitening
In our office we use the Biolase for laser in-office whitening. This method of whitening provides instant results of 2 shades whiter. This teeth whitening option is great for weddings, family reunions or any other event that you want to look your best for! We also give our patients take home customized whitening trays and solution to help continue the whitening process and for touch-ups in the future.

Vista Dental chooses this method of whitening becuase it is the least likely to cause damage to your teeth. Your gums will receive a protective layer to keep them clear of the laser. The entire process takes about one and a half hours and you will leave with a much noticably whiter Vista smile.
Customized Whitening Trays
Whitening trays customized to your teeth are a popular method of at-home teeth whitening. Vista Dental is happy to make you a perfect fitting set of whitening trays so you are able to whiten your teeth at your own convienence. In addition to the trays you will need the whitening solution that we carry in the office. The whitening trays and seperate solution allow you to select where you would like whitening solution. You do not have to waste any of your whitening solution over a crown or false tooth. Customized whiteing trays also delivering the whitening solution in between the teeth which tends to be a difficult area for people to whiten.

This method can be just as affective as in-office whitening but can take up to two weeks to achieve desired results. This is the teeth whitening method our office team uses at home!

Vista Dental offers the highest quality of Crest Whitestrips that are only availble through dental proffessionals. Each strip contains 2x the solution as over-the-counter strips and works 2x as fast! Our office offers the stronger whitening strips at the same price as the over-the-counter strength. The box is $50.00 and contains 14 whitening treatments per box.
